if we could pay for health care we would.BUT if there is a fine for no health we still cant pay it ........

And where in the Constitution does it say/allow:

1) A mandate on individuals... for healthcare or anything else.

2) Fines for non-compliance to anything.

3) Jail time for non-compliance.

I am hoping that if they pass this Obama-nation, that some group or group of individuals will bring up the Constitutionality of the bill.
