present debt aside, we can't afford any more government program efficiency, esp. in health care where lives would rest with governemnt doing anything right.

I challenge all those that oppose health care to see where their health insurance & income comes from. If you draw a government check and use medicare/medicade or ssi. you rely on tax payers to pay your way. whats different about healthcare for the rest of us. if you are opposed -stop cashing your gov. check NOW! stop spending my tax money. otherwise change your mind.

WTF your a piece of shit!Telling the sick, unemployed with no insurance that you are a heartless bastard, saying I don't care if you get sicker,go broke or whatever.
Your health care should be cut off.
Your not an American,Americans help the sick, take care of the hungry and poor.

Health Care

Were bringing it back bigger & better!
with things like free eye care, free dental, free gym club memberships, and with no deductibles.
If you don't have money for gas, will send you a car!
If Saudi Arabia can do it, than by God ,so can we,we are not going to let another country get ahead of us now,are we.
Because were # 1: Go USA
Now hows that for Government service.

This is what we should be striving for, were America
In stead we have jerks saying I don't want to,I don't want to.
No wonder other countries look at us as heartless,we've got
little Hitlers running all over the place.

Our Declaration of Independence identifies life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness as inalienable rights of all persons. A stated intent of our Consitiution is " to promote the general Welfare." These documents say nothing about the right to good health. Yet, as one knows, without health, life is diminished. Loss of health restricts liberty as much as imprisonment does. Without health, the possibility of happiness is drastically reduced. To enjoy our inalienable rights we must be healthy, which means we must also have access to good health care.

LOL how much did you pay for it? Not a dime. No one that makes less that 250k per year pays for it and those that make 500k a year only have an increase in taxes over the first 250k.

not many posters have paid for or every will pay for the health care plan.

The Constitution does say the government shall protect and provide for the basic welfare of the people. Health care is pretty basic welfare. The founders would have passed health care 100%. There would not have even been a debate because of the Constitution.

The federal gov has no Constitutional authority for nationalized healthcare. It is already chasing doctors away and causing skyrocketing healthcare costs. It will get much worse.

Daily Horoscope for February 13

Sagittarius

It's time to muster all your resources and energies and push through to the next level. The harmony between Mars and Saturn will support your efforts. If you need to dig deeper into shared resources or your credit facilities, now's the time to do so. With careful planning and perhaps family support, you can consolidate and somehow find greater security. This is a calculation not a risk though.
