Just like the other 50% of American society, Kent probably already pays taxes for those things - so that *everyone* can enjoy them.

Not sure about Kent, but I think that's more than enough and more than fair. If you think health insurance will make you happy, you're free to pursue it. It's not a right, but you do have the freedom to pursue it, along with pretty much anything else your heart desires. Those of us who shoulder the burden are getting a little tired of being asked for more, ad infinitum.

blacks and mexicans are going have it made in el dorado now. No more killing chickens at southwest avenue.they can just sit out do some BBQ chicken and tacos and get drunk. No need to work anymore where they will be getting a welfare check and free health care....

The health care plan Obama proposes is fine if your on welfare. The working class (which most Americans are) just could not afford it. I guess the bright side is then we could go on welfare and get it free.

You need to read the proposal reform. Making state base on gossip will lead effecting millions of your fellow American Citizen loosing health care every day & people on live in fix income.
This will not guarantee taxes will not raise in the future. The other alternative still pay tax increase & your money will only benefit maintaining Iraq. Your tax dollar on Iraq or quality health care to millions of uninsured American. Take your pick, one way or the other tax payer will pay.
