I am only reading alot of lip service. State clearly why you donot want healthcare to be affordable for all people. I have read some of the bill and I plan on reading it in its entirety. It's not much longer than Harry Potter. I really want this health care because I want to pass on to our children a healthy lifestyle and the ablity to be able to get treatments needed. I know to this you say "and a big deficit to boot..." We have always operated on a deficit. Sometimes you must invest in your future and what better way than to be healty. We have military insurance and are very pleased. America is known for its genrosity. We need to begin to think about helping ourselves. Oklahomans supported and expensive war;why can't we support something good like healthcare. Read for yourself, don't just spout off. Remeber OK is not a healthy state.

The government can't run anything right!

Just look at ever Gov't run program! nothing but bad. Not one success Not one!

Demands every corporation, farmer, business, outsourcer sweatshop, and nonprofit, tax-exempt, organization and Church; markets the cost; in the wholesale and retail price of his or her product and service; Of every worker, consumer, and taxpayer paying healthcare insurance premium or paying healthcare provider with money derived from wages or independent business profit!

This is another step toward socialism/communism. The VA hospital system is not a very solid example of this system. It is subpar. Ask the Canadians. We arethe nation that severely sick people look toward for the best health care. About 1/3 of my medical premium pays for others that obtain free medical services. This program is punitive to those wanting to self insure. Just more throw money at a problem and it improves, yeah, sure!.

If something is not done now to help the people that does not have healthcare, then all of us will suffer.
