Not really, Hermoine. I have been uninsured, and had to pay for health care out of pocket. No, its no picnic, but it isn't going to get better by having you pay for me or me pay for you, just taking from others is not a solution, its forced redistribution. You think anything will be better than no insurance? Just wait a while, when this is forced upon the American people (a majority who do not want it) then you will see what could be worse than no insurance - public insurance.

When our Federal employees are required to join the national plan, I will support it. When they can tell us exactly where they are cutting Medicare, and why those changes have not already been accomplished if they truely are wasteful, I will consider supporting the national coverage plan .. depending on their answers.
