So I must have misunderstood what you said here. You made a comment about taxes that sounds like you're against them and then you beat me up for saying I beleive in an equal across the board tax. What is the good reason for different tax rates? I think it's more fair that everyone pays the same percentage no deductions, just straigh taxation. What is wrong with that? Why is it the people who pay NOTHING into our tax system get EVERYTHING out of it? You know who I mean.

But you do have some valid points there, Mr Deez. Black people do commit most of the crimes, and they're so racist about it also. How is it possible for black people to be so obsessed with race that they hate a bunch of liberal whites who literally tax themselves out of jobs just to be "liked" by the very people whom they rob and rape? And Kati, one freedom that's lost that you're too "brilliant" to comprehend: the freedom to keep your own money instead of "giving" it away (by threats from IRS) to strangers against your will. Of course, you might be on welfare yourself, so who knows what you really believe. I'm so hateful because black people are for the most part useless pieces of garbage. If they all died today, drug use, poverty, gangs, robberies, rapes, thefts, murders and disease would DRASTICALLY fall overnight. Oh, and don't forget how this country could dig itself out of debt because they wouldn't be supporting millions of pieces of trash who contribute nothing to society. Then we'd just have to purge all of the pathetic wastes like our mutual friend the bleeding heart and everything would be great.

Debby, what you wrote is so profound. I was a racist until you made me see the light (bwa-ha-ha-ha-ha!)! Nooooo, I'm pretty sure it's the other way around. I don't see the point of the "bisquit" statement, and I'm half-certain there isn't one. Poverty doesn't make people criminal. If that were the case, the overwhelming majority of burglars, murderers, rapists, felony batterers, yada yada yada, would still be white. I think race is the main cause of why so many black people are lowly lying diseased thugs, but I don't come by my feelings through extreme prejudice and racism like you and the defenders of the criminal's rights do. I think race plays a factor because blacks are 10-times more racist than whites and so racially obsessed that they use things like "walking while black" to be their Get Out Of Jail Free Card when "home invading while black", and while "bike stealing while black." (which is ironic, because most of the homes being invaded and most of the bikes stolen are from black victims. Don't you notice that the "colorblindedness" of refusing to notice the criminal's race is being used as a club mainly against black people?) You're color blind only for the negative aspects, such as crime. Never for the positives, such as holding down a job, raising a child, abstaining from crack, refusing to stop for the hooker rather than talk to your own daughter in the seat next to you. I know a lot of black people, and they shouldn't be saddled with racist stereotypes. But if you refuse to be color blind at the DHS graduation, except to say a modern-day, racially neutral version of "kill whitey", while at the same time, you're overly-obsessed with color when shouting out, "There's nothing racial to see here!" like Frank Drebbin on Police Squad (each time you notice that 60 or 70 percent of the thugs are black, despite the pop being 25 to 30 percent black in D-Vegas), then that makes you a snivelling hypocrite. You can pretend all you want that you're anti-racist, but you're not.

Taxes are the basis of our once and future health care system. Taxes are being used for Robin Hood purposes, but with a deceitful racism that morphs the "rob from the rich, give to the poor," to the racially-charged, "rob from whitey, give to the darkey." It don't seem to matter much that a majority of whites are poor. National health care is a lot like affirmative action. It only makes sense to rich whites and poor blacks. The rich white cotillion won't stand in line at the soup kitchen or the homeless shelter or at the doctor's office. They won't lose their jobs because of their race. They won't lose seats at a university because of their race, either. The rich whites have no problem talking up "white privileges", even though the vast majority of whites have never been privileged. Nationalized health care is like that. You take a system filled overwhelmingly with poor whites, and you effectively tell them to get to the back of the bus.(As if they weren't there already!) And to add insult to injury, you belittle them for their skin color while making excuses for black criminals - and only the black ones!

You are not being taxed more on any amount of money over what other people have been charged. We have a progressive tax system that only costs more on the amount of income over the threshold amount. Understand? If you make 50K, you are taxed a certain percentage on your 50K. If you make 200K, you are taxed the same percentage on your 50K, but a higher percentage on the money that exceeds 50K (or the appropriate threshold). So, until the point to where u make so much money that the highest percentage exceeds 100%...take the money and quit complaining.
And what got us into this mess is the fact that we charged head first into a war (that we shouldnt have in the first place) without raising taxes. This is the first time in history because other Presidents and governments are aware that we cannot afford to pay for a war without tax hikes. So, you can blame Obama and the new administration all you want, but this was an inherited problem.

hursday marks six months since President Barack Obama signed the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act — the health care overhaul bill — into law, and some key provisions will be taking effect. More Atlanta area news » Car drives through DeKalb window Atlanta superintendent Beverly Hall to step down Clerk shoots back at thieves Cobb chairman postpones SPLOST vote
For employees with existing policies
If you have an employer-provided insurance plan, on or after its renewal date:
● Lifetime limits on coverage will be barred.
● Employees with family policies can opt for coverage of their grown children up to age 26 who cannot get their own employer-provided coverage. Currently, the cutoff is usually between ages 21 and 23. Be warned: Covering an additional person under this provision may cost more.
For employees with new policies
The above provisions will also apply to those who opt for new policies under employer-provided plans, or whose employers make significant changes in their plans, such as increasing employees’ share of the costs beyond a certain amount. In addition, those policy holders will:
● No longer have to make co-payments or pay deductibles for many kinds of preventive care, such as cancer screenings, immunizations and colonoscopies.
● Be able to see obstetricians and pediatricians without prior approval from an insurer.
For those who buy their own insurance
● Their insurers will be barred from denying coverage for children under age 19 because of pre-existing conditions.
● Insurers no longer will be able to use failure to report past health history as a reason to rescind coverage, except in cases of fraud. Some patients diagnosed with serious illnesses had reported having their coverage canceled because they had forgotten to list minor ailments experienced years earlier.
● Already, those who are denied coverage by private insurers because of a pre-existing health condition can get a government-sponsored policy. Be warned, however: Georgia’s plans have high deductibles and premiums.
● Annual limits on the amount of health spending covered by insurance will begin to be phased out.
For employers
● Some small businesses will be able to claim a tax credit up to 35 percent of the cost of premiums if they choose to offer health insurance to their employees. To qualify, they must have 25 or fewer full-time employees earning an average yearly salary of $50,000 or less.
● Businesses that provide coverage to early retirees can get federal subsidies.
For those on Medicare
● Discounts will be provided for beneficiaries in the so-called “doughnut hole” who must pay for their own prescriptions.
● No co-payment will be required for preventive care or an annual “wellness” visit.
● Over time, extra benefits under Medicare Advantage may vanish because the new law cuts subsidies to insurers who provide the plans.

Now read up my friend.
From the bill, how excess charges will be reimbursed. Poor insurance company.
