Costly. We don't have a choice in of providers. The companies chooses the cheapest plans, thus, HMO's.

Big Insurance Companies Stand to Gain the most if things remain the same as they are now !and the Public Gets the Shafted with Higher and Higher Insurance and Medical Costs and poor peopleanmd senios lose their lifes because of lack of affordable medical coverage....

the system is totally broken. something needs to be done, and these are some good commonsense first steps. things are so bad, any change will be for the better.
