Who's going to pay for, The tax payers will, and will it be affordable? Who knows. Will we be able to taylor it to conform to our needs as we do now? I dought it. Can we get it in and see a doctor or even have surgery when needed, according to other countries with goverment ran health the answer would be no. The latest rumor is if we do have it we can get fined or even thrown in jail, I haven't nothing verifing this, but what if?
