While I don't like my healthcare costs, I know that under the Federal Government it will cost more and do less. I don't want the same people that help me at the DMV helping me when I am not feeling well

We have to cover the uninsured - which will lower costs for all. Also, the insurance agencies have to be regulated so that the get the care they paid for - no more cancellation after an illness, or claims of preexisting conditions (even if unknown to the patient) to avoid payment.
