Too many times I've had family members die for lack of or delayed medical care, having to do with access to or decisions made by health insurers. We need to fix this situation and now.

And the fix needs to rest in someone hands other than those of the health insurance co's. They've proven for years that their interests are in profit, not in helping people.

whats going to happen to the people with health care? Is their health care going to go down in order to support the people without health care?

The health care bill makes me sick. The bill proposes that people have chips implanted in them. These chips contain financial and medical info. In the bill they are listed under scanable medical devices. In addition, the bill also talks about home visits for pregnant mothers and families with small children. This bill is a total violation of our rights. This makes me sick. What is happening to America!!!!!!!

The government should support the views of the public; not dictate its views to the public.

Why Bob? We were dictated to for eight years and you smiled while it was shoved to the dark side

If this part about chip implant is a true necessary part of the bill...and note I strongly disagree with Obama's financially disasterous policies and plans including healthcare...the mandatory chip implant worries me even more!! Could this be construed as the taking of the sign of the Beast as expressed in Revelations which would be required for any person to get the basics for survival in this end times world? Obama is more than he claims...much more! His duplicitous words and actions, his support of womens choice instead of right to life and his embracing of gay marriange, taxation of churches, muting of free speech in the press with a proposed legal bill and embracing the butchers in the extremist Moslem world that would kill all infidels spell something evil...clearly!!! You have every right to be fearful and sick. This isn't our father's world of a few years ago and the values that current world now embraces are definitely insane to any sane thinking person. To a believer it's a clear sign or should be!! To those who haven't yet developed a personal relationship with God it still has to look like complete chaos when thought about in ANY logical analysis. Have faith Sarah not in what you can see but in what you can't see.

Regardless of what the press and Britain says publically socialized medicine has basically failed where ever it has been institued. Financially and reponsibly fix medicare but don't add ineffective bureacratic inadequacy to an already troubled system...which by the way does work but not as efficiently as it could with some intelligent, well thought out improvements.

Will cost more and give back less than we now have.

It will cover 94% of Americans and leave about 18 million uninsured. When this all started they said they were doing this to cover 14 million who were not insured. More money more problems and more people uninsured.

You Lie!! Thank you Charlie Wilson!

Daily Horoscope for January 7

Capricorn

You'll have difficulty finding equilibrium in your emotional life at the moment; try to control the impulsive side of your character. At work, your usual powers of intuition will be clouded. Fits of feverishness may bother you and break down your energy. If you can get out into the countryside for a walk, you'll feel much better.
