Single-payer is basically a way some countries use to provide its citizens with health insurance.(Sounds very boring, I know. But keep reading!) Its name comes from the fact that doctors and hospitals are paid by one organization: a single payer. By having only one payer, you can simplify the health care system enormously.

Yes, I support the President's Public Option Health Care Plan. Oklahoma is number 46 in the nation for Internet access. If your polling is based on the number of comments that you receive on an online voting system, it will be greatly flawed. The need exceeds the greed. Pass the Public Option Health Care Plan and let us go forward.

Well, folks I've paid into Social Security over 42 years (Since June 1, 1967). I will be paying into it at least three more years for a total of over 45 years by the time I am 62.

We hear it's going broke, as well as Medicare and Medicaid.

Don't you think Congress needs to "FIX" Social Security first?......... millions of Baby Boomers are beginning to hit the system! We have been keeping it going all these years! Think about that!

By the time they (Congress and Obama) gets thru with us, we will be paying over 50% of our income in TAXES ...federal, state and local!

Tell me, how much longer will our economic system stand all the deficit spending?

The Sugar Tax is coming!

A Value Added Tax is coming!

What else? Just stay tuned to your favorite "main stream" news media!

Cant afford Health care for my Family, because I am contract labor.
Bringing home 24 hundred a month does not allow me to pay over a thousand dollars a month for me and four kids.

This bill would put us all at the Government's mercy for health care. For someone, like me, with a disease that has no cure, that is scary.

we do not need health care reform. Kill the bill. What we need it for the goverment remove restrictions on the health care industry, this would promote competition and thus reduce cost. Stop medicare and medicad fraud. inforec our immigration laws. Make it painful to be on welfare, bring back commidities and group homes. Less goverment and self sufficent people. that will fix health care.

Daily Horoscope for December 19

Libra

Don't try to do too much at once today or you'll disappear up you know what! You're all fingers and thumbs, accident-prone and things start breaking. It won't help if you're trying to concentrate at work and a certain chatterbox doesn't know when to shut up. Ask them to be quiet but try not to sound shrewish.
