Obama and the Dems want to control our bodies, rob us of precious freedom to determine our own destinies, turn the US into a Marxist country. This must be opposed at all cost. This is not at all about providing medical insurance for those who cannot afford it--that could be done for a fraction of the cost of this power grab.
