The government has done such a great job at being efficient in Medicare and Social Security just imagine how they could run health care. Fix the programs we have, then we can look at health care insurance. I forgot, where was the extra TRILLION dollars coming from? Compare how much a trillion dollars is:

A million seconds is 12 days.
