This is a huge waste of taxpayers money. It will cause undue delays in medical services and the government will exert its authority over medical services and I know of nothing the government is involved in that does not consist of waste,fraud and corruption.

Give to the Poor and make the County Poor..fact thats in pass History just look it up.help those who help themselfs..Dem or crazy demons and will distory this Country.looking like another civil war.left demons and the right hard working pepole.

That's right lable me,but you can not put aside the facts about how Black have use the system and people like you sir,I grew up with Black people and some of my best friends are Black but they are hard working and I have no problems with anyone who carry they on weight white or Black,but they are going no where and if you live 30 more years remember this email and you'll say he was right,because my Dad said they will not get any better but worst and that ws 12 year ago, PS you have some sorry ass whites too no use for them either.

Not if you apply the number of black people compare to the new of Whites that live in the USA,
you still don't get it,people that don't have a FATHER in the home in up in JAIL,When I go visit people in jails I've heard people say time and time agian if I had a father to TEACH me right form wrong they might not have ended up here,and sir my wife has been teach in the school system for 35 years and she as told me that the Blacks are out of control!!I'm just calling it as facts but no one will say anthing because your lable as a rascist.So call me a rascist,I'm in good company,with George Washington,Ab Lincon,ect,I just hold people to an higher stander of living for both white and Blacks and I don't make excuses!!

Your the one that brought up Race, what you should have said was the FATHER line from the start, then it wouldn't sound rascist. As far as numbers go, Whites ARE at a higher number than Black, but Black are at a higher percentage.
