As long as it contains the public option I'm for it. I would prefer a flat-out single-payer health-care system by the feds.
Socialism? You bet!

Thank goodness Obama is our President and the Democrats are at the wheel. He makes me proud to be American. We're so ready for a national healthcare program!

I oppose of the healthcare bill. We can not afford it, and it. If the government can not run other groups we have successfully, such as the Post Office, Amtrack, our finances, how can we trust them with our freedoms and healthcare? Not now Mr. Obama.

Healthcare is broken. We spend more per patient and have very poor outcomes for a developed nation.

very high and potentially open ended costs. The rob peter to pay paul tactic of taking from medicare will have long term downside effects on both the quantity and ultimately quality of health care through underpayment to hospitals and medical professionals which will likey make them not viable in the marketplace...,they will find other ways to make a living. Make no mistake, health care is a business and if it can't operate at some minimal level of profitability it will go broke and out of business. I am also cool, to the idea that the health care debate has been held in secret to a large extent and the numbers are not consistent with any business based reality. Don't trust the dems on this one.
