To Concerned ( how smart are you?)
I'm having a great time playing on the topix internet thread. My name is TV MAN. I love battling it out with people who consider themselves experts in the free market. What I find amusing is how many conservatives bash the government for not running business with success. I remind them 85% of all entreprenuers go out of business within 5 years. So much for running things. They never discuss the free market in a negative manner, but bash the government as if we need to end it. Yet their only employyee's and think they understand running operations. Excuse me, until they earn the strips, they don't know jack.

VERY INTERESTING: Public Opinion Canadians strongly support the health system's public rather than for-profit private basis, and a 2009 poll by Nanos Research found 86.2% of Canadians surveyed supported or strongly supported "public solutions to make our public health care stronger."[3][4]
A 2009 Harris/Decima poll found 82% of Canadians preferred their healthcare system to the one in the United States, more than ten times as many as the 8% stating a preference for a US-style health care system for Canada[5] while a Strategic Counsel survey in 2008 found 91% of Canadians preferring their healthcare system to that of the U.S.[6][7]. In the same poll, when asked “overall the Canadian health care system was performing very well, fairly well, not very well or not at all?” 70% of Canadians rated their system as working either "well" or "very well".[citation needed] A 2003 Gallup poll found only 25% of Americans are either "very" or "somewhat" satisfied with "the availability of affordable healthcare in the nation," versus 50% of those in the UK and 57% of Canadians. Those "very dissatisfied" made up 44% of Americans, 25% of respondents of Britons, and 17% of Canadians[8]
In November 2004, Canadians voted Tommy Douglas, Canada's "father of Medicare," the Greatest Canadian of all time following a nationwide contest sponsored by the CBC.[9

To all the All conservative's who don't no JACK:
For at least 50% of Americans the cat is out of the box. Obama has brought crony capitslism to the forefront, and many Americans understand. Banks, Wall Street, Insurance companies, and Big Phrama are aware that 50% of the Americans get it.
On one hand, they continually evolve, modifying their approach with creative improvements and intelligent adaptation.
When they fail to distinguish between current practices and the enduring principles of their success, and mistakenly fossilize around their practices, they've set themselves up for decline.
I truly feel Crony Capitalism and Insurance are in for a major change. If Obama can't help. Fifty percent will do it for him. How ? More and more people drop insurance, until insurance gives in.
