When I need a doctor I want him to be working for me not working to get a good annual review by his politically appointed supervisor/bean counter. Read the blogs from England and talk to people who have actually lived and had medical experiences under centrally controlled medical services. Medical care is complex and highly individual in its nature. You don't was a new doctor walking into the examining room reading your medical record for the first time. There is much more to be said on this subject and I have only scratched the surface.
