We need laws making it illegal to use a gun in the commission of a crime. We also need to ban swimming pools, because they kill more children every year than guns. The goverment needs to save us from ourselves, even if it has to kill us while doing it.

why? the punks at colombine broke about 75 laws. people intent on harming others don't care about laws.more restrictive laws only affect law abinding citizens; not criminals

Well, that law alreadys exists, I believe.
I'malmost completely certain it is for felonies, regardless.
However, i think that making it illegal to possess a fire arm during any crime is fairly ridiculous.
For instance, should a person commit identity theft from a computer, then why should they recieve extra punishment for excercising their second ammendment?
What additional harm could they do through a computer with a firearm?

As for pools, I think a better solution would to be to push for pool safety awareness.

Banning pools is pretty ridiculous.

In haste, I misunderstood your post, largely due to you inability to clearlu convey your humor, and it takes you a week to fabricate a remark?
Even with all that time, all you managed to do was call me some profane name that's been used millions of times before.

Additionally, If you're name isn't actually "Lamborgini" and you're attempting to make a name uses the supercar manufacturer, the correct spelling utilizes an "h", thus reading "Lamborghini."

If that is your real last name or the likelyhood of another you were using, then carry on with disregard to the former remark.
