Absolutely not. The second amendment means what it says and says what it means. It is our only protection against crime and tyranny.

It's our constitutional right to bear arms. And if someone breaks into my home and threatens my family, I will do everything necessary to protect them.

We are going to need our guns to protect us from our government!

People have the right to defend themselves against any attack upon their existence. Law of Nations, Art. 1, sec. 8, cl 10, Piracy, Title 18-1651 United States Code. Based on one of the Ten Commandments "Do not murder" self defense is not murder but you are protecting yourself from those who would murder. Being armed protects your rights under the "NO LAW" clause of the First Amendment including Religious Liberties. That's the law and the Law of Nature.

You've got to be kidding me. Aside from Constitutional protection issues, handgun bans are also impractical. Gun control advocates are pursuing a path of minimal civil liberties in a battle against criminals. Laws like these tend to only impact the very people being victimized by criminals. Handguns are a legitimate class of defensive weaponry used by police and lawful citizens across the nation.

We will need to defend ourselves from the liberals grabbing what is not theirs.
