All hand guns should banned along with a very stiff fine for possession. Second offence for a hand gun possession would be execution, no exceptions including cops, local or federal, and military. Same with a concealed knife with a three inch blade or longer.

i am in law enforcement, a while we don't solve all crime we try to equal the balance. we don't just shoot all people we stop the aggressor . it's not the gun rather the person pulling the trigger, how many guns have killed people with out a human touch?
