With the rising crime rate a citizen would be crazy to not have guns to protect his or her family and property with. We all know the bad guys have them and will keep them until sommeone takes them away from them.

I have a thought...why don't you anti gun folks put a sign on your lawn that says you support gun bans...

Far too many gun laws already. How about let's try enforcing the laws against criminal activities...

Guns suck! I'm sick of seeing guns. They are like smokers. We don't need them.

DHR it is the people who kill that are the problem.

So since you are against guns, put that sign out front of your house stating that you have no guns.

So there you go! When you take off and go hunting, you are immediately the problem.

I already have a sign out in front of my house. It says, "Protected by security cameras."

Nevertheless, when you wake up in the morning and you decide you want to kill that day and you take off to go hunting, how do you decide who to kill first. Do you just kill anything that moves or do you cleverly discriminate and kill the ugliest animals first?

A ban on handguns is unconstitutional and a right every American citizen has to protect their family from criminals. The problem is the person using the gun and not the gun in the hands of responsible people.

I don't hunt. I like to target shoot and perfect my marksmanship. I also have weapons to protect myself and my family. And cameras.
In case you haven't noticed we are living in a shithole of crime and desperation. Since I have to live here for the time being you bet your life that I will keep all my handguns and long guns. If you choose to live behind only cameras for protection, you have to live with it.
Who to kill? That part is easy enough. I get the chance, the guy coming through my door with nefarious intentions gets to die.

Is it possible that the ones who have the most potential to kill are all the ones who own guns?

Actually guns in the hands of honest citizens stop over a millon crimes a year. The UK and Australia have outlawed all guns and crime with guns have increased big time. The criminals know that no one can fight back now. Switzerland where everyone is required to own a gun has the lowest crime rate in the world.
It is not the polices job to protect each citizen, that is the citizen's job to protect their self. There are not any where near enough cops to protect all the citizens. In fact many places are now doing away with their police and fire departments. A lot of places cops no longer show up at peoples homes for any thing, they do not have the money to support every thing. Crime is on the rise in this country and the crooks will rob and what ever the places they know that do not own guns.
As a good American all should have a gun to defend their self and their country from any attack of any kind. That is what the second amendment is all about. Crooks will always have guns.

We all have potential to kill. That goes with being a human. You could kill just as effectively with a screwdriver as a handgun.

Look if you want to be prey to the scum that would kick your door in that's on you.

My area we have had many home invasions and the people they have invaded have not owned a gun. Having a big dog also helps. They are great alarm systems.

When a drunk driver runs over a child, is the car to blame for the crime?

When you write something in pen and you misspell words, do you blame the pen?

Is the water to be blamed if you drown in it?

Why do liberals blame everyone else for their stupidity?

My dogs only bark when strangers are around. The do bark at the coyotes but it is a different bark. The neighbors who do not have dogs like mine because they do let everyone know a stranger is here. We are all on lots of over 1 acre to 10 acres. Most carry guns at all times. We are prepared for most any thing that will happen.

With lots that size you need the extra eyes and ears your dog gives you and your neighbors.

If I lived in a similar setting as you, I would be armed outside my home as well. Nice living in a free state huh??

Daily Horoscope for June 2

Capricorn

You feel like overindulging yourself in some way today, and why not? Throw caution to the wind and eat your way through a big bar of chocolate, or have a retail therapy session that leaves you reeling from the amount of money you've spent. There's a definite chance you could get carried away and tell a whopper of a story that has little resemblance to what really happened. What on earth has got into you?
