i feel we the ppl have the right to hunt,we have the right to protect,and if we can use them in warfare(with compliments of our country) we can use them in our homes in our country,

well , I really do not know, exactly how many ? But if an intruder came in your house and was going after you child,would you want to shoot the SOB, before the intruder gets away with your child. that is what I meant by protecting your home. Can you really say it would never happen,to you or someone else.

The criminals in DC must cringe at the thought of what an armed citizenry will do when they learn of the crimes that were committed against them.

when the constitution was written, it was also understood that the average citizen be drafted into local militias in time of need. Also, firearms were more of a tool than a recreational item. Many years have passed since the writing of the Constitution and even though it does guarantee the average citizen the right to keep and bear arms, it doesn't mean that you can go deer hunting with an AK 47.
I feel that most people do not understand firearms and therefore fear them. But then again, there are so many inbred idiots out there that have given firearms a bad name, the reputation is almost justified.
