what good is placing a ban on hand guns when criminals can literally go into a back alley and or back yard and pick/dig one up. it really is that easy for a criminal to get a gun, so why make it harder for a average citizen. just stupid, all citizens should be allowed to carry concealed weapons, there are soo many illegal guns out there now its insane ~peace thomas :)
