dave Kansas City, MO	Reply » \| Report Abuse \| Judge it! \| #1 Sep 28, 2010 law abiding citizens have a right to choose to own or not own a hand gun. although there are criminal elements in society that use these weapons for gain there is no need to ban them. Just make stiffer laws for those who use these weapons for the illegal purposes.
