Mr. Jones Clarkston, MI	Reply » \| Report Abuse \| Judge it! \| #2 Mar 16, 2011 I think that people should be allowed to exercise their constitution rights and I also believe that criminals will still gain access to guns. One more thing I think here in Michigan the punishment for just carrying a gun is too much a felony first offense, it used to be a misdemeanor which I think is fair, however if committing a crime with a gun should be strict,
