Gay marriages are against the plan God set up for families. God made Adam and Eve; not Adam and Steve! Gay marriages are bad any way you look at it. This country is getting more like Sodom and Gorramora all the time! And it will probably end the same way.

The God I know is a loving God - loving to All people.
Those who use the Bible as the reason to justify their beliefs need to remember. Let's look to Abraham, the great patriarch, who slept with his servant when he discovered his beloved wife Sarah was infertile? Or to Jacob, who fathered children with four different women (two sisters and their servants)? Abraham, Jacob, David, Solomon and the kings of Judah and Israel—all these fathers and heroes were polygamists. They behaved this way because it was acceptable in those times....well, times have changed. God loves everyone, Gay or Straight. And, if you are a True Christian, you will love thy neighbor as thyself...

No one, including you, can put a label or even begin to try to define love. How can you say the commitment and emotion shared between a man and a man or a woman and another woman is not love? You think gay marriage is bad for the country and bad overall? you clearly have a warped sense of morals and priorities. Why are we wasting our time arguing about who people are allowed to love and marry? That's not up to you, or the Bible. The God I know loves and accepts all. Hey, if he can forgive sinners, why can't he love and accept gays too? You're too afraid of change in the world and anything that threatens what you're used to. The bible also says that no person shall wear cloths woven of different threads, or they should be stoned/punished. Excuse me while I go stone myself and the rest of the world. Stop taking the Bible so damn literally and understand that God loves all, straight, bi, and gay.

"Marriage" is traditionally defined as the unity between a MAN and a WOMAN, and using the term "marriage" for gay couples would not makes sense.

I am gay & I would like my marriage to be equal to everyone else's in the world. America is the land of the free, a land of oppertunities. What good is all that if I can marry who I want without any issues

"With liberty and justice for all" is the last phrase of the Pledge of Allegiance. I don't care about how or if 'God' and The Bible says it's bad. Freedom is a privilege in the U.S. and should be shared among every last citizen, regardless of who you love.

Since you're such a bible scholar, how some more advice since I'm struggling here.

When I burn a bull on the altar as a sacrifice, I know it creates a pleasing odor for the Lord – Lev.1:9. The problem is my neighbors. They claim the odor is not pleasing to them. Should I smite them?

I would like to sell my daughter into slavery, as sanctioned in Exodus 21:7. In this day and age, what do you think would be a fair price for her?

I know that I am allowed no contact with a woman while she is in her period of menstrual uncleanliness – Lev.15:19- 24. The problem is, how do I tell? I have tried asking, but most women take offense.

Lev. 25:44 states that I may indeed possess slaves, both male and female, provided they are purchased from neighboring nations. A friend of mine claims that this applies to Mexicans, but not Canadians. Can you clarify? Why can’t I own Canadians?

I have a neighbor who insists on working on the Sabbath. Exodus 35:2 clearly states he should be put to death. Am I morally obligated to kill him myself?

A friend of mine feels that even though eating shellfish is an abomination – Lev. 11:10, it is a lesser abomination than homosexuality. I don’t agree. Can you settle this?

Lev. 21:20 states that I may not approach the altar of God if I have a defect in my sight. I have to admit that I wear reading glasses. Does my vision have to be 20/20, or is there some wiggle room here?

Most of my male friends get their hair trimmed, including the hair around their temples, even though this is expressly forbidden by Lev. 19:27. How should they die?

I know from Lev. 11:6-8 that touching the skin of a dead pig makes me unclean, but may I still play football if I wear gloves?

My uncle has a farm. He violates Lev. 19:19 by planting two different crops in the same field, as does his wife by wearing garments made of two different kinds of thread (cotton/polyester blend). He also tends to curse and blaspheme a lot. Is it really necessary that we go to all the trouble of getting the whole town together to stone them?– Lev.24:10-16. Couldn’t we just burn them to death at a private family affair like we do with people who sleep with their in-laws?(Lev. 20:14)

Daily Horoscope for May 25

Aries

Your emotions have the upper hand, making you rather fiery and fervent. That's great if you're hoping for a passionate encounter with you-know-who, because you'll be really hot stuff. However, in non-sexual situations you could become somewhat tempestuous and irritable, especially if you suspect that things aren't going the way you want.
