no do mot agree with any part of it. God did not make Adam & Steve or Hilda & Matilda. All you have to do is read the bible. It is very plain & easy to understand on this subject.

Yes, I support Gay Marriage but just not in Watertown but everywhere. You can express your religion, whatever it may be but you can not marry the one you love!? What is stronger than religion!? Love.

Its not about religion, its about the relationship you have with the Lord jesus Christ and the bible says its an abomination to God. Jesus is the only PURE love.
I love them and pray for them.

You just contradicted yourself by saying it's not about religion then saying it's about Christ. You believe it's wrong because of your religion. We live in America where we have freedom of religion. Not everybody shares your religion or interpretation of beliefs. Most Christians believe that it is wrong because their religious interpretation tell them that, but not everyone is of the Christian faith.

That's a religious interpretation. We have the freedom of religion and are not required to go by your book of interpretations. Religion does not have anything to do with a marriage, Christians make it that way. We don't have to have our ceremonies in a church. We don't even have to have a preacher, but we can find one. There's several open and welcoming congregations out there. How/where do two non religious people get married? How about an immigrant (just trying to become legal) with a citizen?

Why does what the bible say matter for our nations policy on gay marriage anyway. That's what none of the bible thumpers can explain. They have a two thousand year old Ike book that is grossly vague on everything at best and they expect everyone else just to trust their interpretation? Homosexual relationships were more prevalent and accepted in the time of Christ than they are now. For a man that preached love and forgiveness an to be non judgmental he sure did influence a lot of bigoted hate mongers.

Agreed! Homosexuality is one of the very reasons God destroyed Soddam and Gomorah (spelling?). It's plain nasty. It is an abomination to God.

get over yourselves people! what does a gay marriage have to do with you? unless you are gay then it doesnt affect you, it doesnt take away from hetero marriage either! Marriage is a legal contract, it was only in the last hundred or so years that it became a truly religious issue.... folks didnt marry for love, they married for property, money, animals etc.....

Daily Horoscope for May 22

Aries

Keep a firm grip on your money today to avoid anyone else getting their mitts on it. If you're out in public you should keep your wallet or bag clamped to your side, just in case it goes walkabout. You should also make sure you check any bills and invoices that you're given, in case they contain a mistake. It's a day when errors and deceptions are highly likely.
