So what rights are they currently being denied?

Health insurance? My company offers it. A marriage certificate? Many states will issue it.

But this topic isn't about rights, it's gay marriage. So got to a state that allows it and then shut up Chuckie...really.

i don't need to....i got married to my wife in the state i live in...but gay people shouldn't have to move to get married....and the right to get married shouldn't have "limitations" or "conditions"....

did you have to move to get married??....probably not...so why should they....and the topic is about gay marriage...you are correct....but they should have the right to have the gay marriage anywhere they like...just like straight folk do....

I agree with Chuckie and all the gay marriage supporters here who make such wonderful points. People should be able to marry members of the same sex. And family members too. Why shouldn't you be able to marry your Mom, Dad or Brother and Sister? I mean 'Love is Love" right? And what about farm animals. If someone loves a goat, who are you to say they can't get married. It doesn't affect you. It's their life, their choice, right? Everyone deserves to be happy. No one should have the right to deny people from being happy, right? Horses and cows need love too. Only bigots with their own selfish agenda would be opposed.
