While I do disagree with homosexuality on a biological basis, restricting the union between folk is wrong. Also, assuming that marriage is automatically sexual is pretty vain. Seriously, what if they just want to start a family, and they need the benefits that come with marriage? Think, knuckleheads!
There is absolutely nothing wrong with disagreeing and arguing against, but there is something wrong with forcing someone to make the choice they do not want to. That's also a sure-fired way to get them to stray from you, via Newton's Second Law (it applies to RL as much as it does physics).
