Everyone should be able to get married no matter what race, religion, or sex you are. The 1st Amendment states freedom of expression, remember? Let them be happy. Treat others how you'd want to be treated. End of story.

There is a rise in people infected by the aids virus. Gay marriage encourages sex acts. If people really cared, they wouldn't support it. I would NOT support my childrens choice to get aids, would you? Well then go ahead and approve gay marriage. Send the message to your child you don't care if they get aids and die.

NO... It's killing them. Quit being a follower........... I would hate to have my kid come up to me one day and say hey mom I'm gay and I have aids..... People are so blind... Nature does not agree with this thats why there is disease..... But people keep following. Not me man...

I am against government sanctioned marriage for Gay marriage. A civil arrangement would be more appropriate.

Not all gay people have AIDS, and a lot of straight people have AIDS too. Honestly, way to be a bitch. Are you honestly saying you wouldn't accept your own child?

Of course I support it. Love is love and everyone should have the right to be able to marry the person they love. Gays are no different from straight people. We're all human. We all should accept each other.

"gay marriage encourages sex acts" I'm pretty sure all marriage encourages sex acts...and if you're so worried about aids then maybe you should put some effort into educating people about safe sex. Just an idea.

Everyone should be equal under the law. "With liberty and justice for all," isn't 100% accurate until same sex marriage is legalized. They have the exact same rights we do and you are not any higher above them just because you're straight.

The government shouldn't place themselves in the marriage and beds of ANYONE, whether it be gay or straight. As a citizen of the world, I want to know that I have a right to freely love and marry whomever I may choose. What ever happened to the "Pursuit of Happiness"?

You know, it isn't just gays that contract aids. Straight people can receive it as well from any number of sources. Don't be so closed minded that you ignore the true sources of problems. Don't blame gay people for spreading a disease, especially because you are doing the same thing. Spreading hate like this is a disease that is corrupting our country and the minds of our children.

It's no one's CHOICE to get aids and die. Your logic and common sense is completely lacking. I truly hope you're getting tudoring of some sort. This is rediculous. Homosexuaity is a sexual preference a person is born with. You, my unintelligent, pathetic human, are a poor excuse for a civilian. And I am only 16 years old. HA.

Sml, I'm in complete agreement here. The number of people who are failing to use their logic or even common sense depresses me. Can't handle it.
