It's 2012 people wake up. God wants us to love one another.

Everyone should have the right to marry

Human rights, anyone? I dare you to tell me that this is any different that women not being allowed to vote or interracial marriage being illegal decades ago.

I voted in support because the arguments which have been, and are currently, used to oppose every types of marriage are of the SAME spirit and logic as those used in the past by citizens who opposed all peoples of color during the civil rights & emancipation movements. Not to mention the woman's rights movement. This is fundamentally a civil rights issue which has every thing to do with the oppression of those in minorities in favor of popular theological & philosophical views.

I'm bisexual. I should be able to marry who I want to marry, regardless of religion. Love is love.

All good points. I offer one more. Mr Cathy speaks out in support of the biblical definition of marriage. Strangely, he has said nothing about religious leaders who stuck their Chic-Fil-A's inside little boys. Why?
