How about a union between a gay man and a gay wooman with each other?

Because there's nothing wrong with wanting to be legally bound to the person you love forever.

I'm sorry, if we're going with the whole "Bible as our backup" theory, then may I raise the point that it was stated (please correct me if I'm wrong, but I did go to Catholic school for seven years) that if one does not believe in God or Jesus that the rules in the Bible do not apply to you? There's this little principle called "separation of Church and State" on which America was based, and therefore the rules of one religious order should not define our laws. You don't have to deal with it directly, but just let the people who love each other have their union be sanctioned by law!

Love is love

Everyone should have the choice and opportunity to marry. We are all humans and we all deserve equal rights.

Need I explain equal rights for ALL? Everyone deserves to spend forever with the loves of their lives in eternal matrimony. Whether it be same sex or not.
