God meant for a marriage to be between two people, a man and a woman.

Being gay does not mean you don't deserve the same rights as straight people. Just because you don't agree with their life style doesn't mean you have the right to tell them how to live. They deserve the same rights as all of us. Everyone should be able to marry the person that they are in love with. Just because their gay doesn't mean their wrong. Jesus loves homosexuals too, and if you don't agree then you don't know the same Jesus as I do. Peace

They got just as much right to be unhappy as the rest of us married people.

God does love everyone but in the bible it clearly states that a man with a woman......I believe he loves you in the hope that before your leaving of this wonderful world, you come back to his and live a straight life. Just saying, this is how I perceive it.

If you believe the Bible, you should be opposed to gay marriage.

If you believe the Bible then you shouldn't lie, cheat, steal, murder, be envious, lust after someone, ect....Is homosexuality more of a sin than any of these? I don't know anyone that doesn't commit some sin in their life.

Please point out where in the Constitution or Bill of Rights that it outlines our right to get married, or the right for two men to blow each other?

Gays DO have the same rights as straight people. A gay man has just as much right to go out and marry a woman as a straight man does, and vice versa. And a straight man can not go out and get married to another man anymore that a gay man. No discrimination, case closed.

If your 'religion' opposes gay marriage, fine so be it. That is your right. But, gays are people too and they don't oppose your right to get married so why would you want to keep them from being just as happy/unhappy as some people say?

Comparing gay marriage to marrying a cat is pure stupidity. You should be ashamed...
