Sodom GOMORRAH Don't like my unpolitically correct vote? TOO BAD

Try reading the bible, the story of Sodom and Gomorrah had nothing to do with same sex relationships.

Same-sex marriage, marriage within the family,etc. are not really marriages at all. Gay radicals just want to upset the traditional values that society has had for centuries.

No, the bible says the story of Sodom and Gomorrah is about two cities that had angered God to the point he wanted to destroy them. Their sins? Amongst others, refusing hospitality was the primary sin of Sodom and it's sister city Gomorrah. The initial reasons for the destruction of the cities was never listed as same sex relationships.

When the angels God sent visited the home of Lot, he invited them into his home, offered them food, drink and shelter of the best quality and in doing this, he honored God. The bible puts a lot of stress on the importance of hospitality to strangers and travelers.

It's not til later in the story that same sex copulation is mentioned. Remember that this city was already doomed to destruction for other sins against God; A group of men from the city of Sodom came to Lot's door and ordered him to hand over the two angels, so that they could rape them. Rape in and of itself in the bible IS a sin, but is also a punishment, one used to humiliate men and women by public execution of the rape. The men of Sodom meant to rape the Angels as a way to dishonor God. There is NO MENTION of a consensual same sex relationship or how one would be viewed by God in the story.

If your bible says otherwise, I would suggest getting your money back. Or maybe read it again, you could have just made a mistake.. after all, to err is human.

As a gay guy I'm glad I can get married. I'm glad I could serve my country and by myself. It's about time people are treated equally.

What do you guys think of divorce (regardless of who it is that gets one)? In your opinions, is divorce simple? Is it right or wrong? Is it neutral but difficult? Etc...

People are so stupid. The bible is just a book. They allow an old text to rule their lives. "Because the bible says so" is not a valid reasoning for any argument. Use your brain.

love has no gender

Love is love, it has no boundaries, it has no religious views, it has nothing to do with god or religion or political reviews. Just because a man and a women can have a baby if they have sex, it doesn't mean that that's the way it should be. I bet you there are thousands of same sex couples wanting do adopt a child and raise them. If I were that child, I'd rather have a same sex couple raise me than that Amber and Gary couple from Teen Mom.

Consenting adults should be allowed to marry who they want.

I would love to have the same right, my own family members have, when it comes to marriage. I'd like to have the same options based on equal rights.. not based on the fact that I'm marrying the same sex. Thanks.

I have gay friends and bisexual friends they have their rights and a guy can love a guy and a girl can love a girl

Why beings are denied the same opportunity their heterosexual counterparts are getting for the simple reason being the genders of each couple are beyond me. Did I word that out weirdly or...?
