Honey, separation of Church and State means the State has to keep its nose out of the Church's business.

And I highly doubt that Jim could possibly have envisioned what's happening today when he spoke those words. His intent was something completely different.

Real people deserve real rights. How is it any of our business to tell another human being how they should live their life. Do we understand the concept of equal rights anymore?

Love is love and if two people are lucky enough to truly find happiness in each other who are we to deny them that?

So in Exodus 21:7 it says a father can sell his daughter in to slavery, do you agree with that? Exodus 35:2 says working on the Sabbath is punishable by death, so when I am scheduled to do so should I kill my self or call them police and have them do it? Leviticus 11:7 says touching the skin of a dead pig makes a person unclean, so does that mean the Redskins should all wear gloves on Sundays during the game? Does that make it ok?

Amen goes right there. Just like any sinner, we have to love people who are gay. Also just like any other sinner - they must repent of their sins and try not to fall back into their sinful practices. Just like the choices we make not to commit adultery or fornication, you do have a choice not to practice homosexual activities.

What's there to explain? It's the only ethical thing to do.
