Equal protection under the law seems like a pretty straightforward concept.

Can't help but laugh every time someone says, "It's a sin!" Honey, not everyone shares your religion.

I think people should be able to do whatever they want with themselves as long as they're not hurting others. First of all, I see nothing wrong with two adults who love each, so why can't we all have equal rights? Second, stopping gays from getting married isn't going to stop them from loving each other, so even if it's a religious thing(which is a bullshit reason anyway), it ain't gonna change anyone's sexual orientation. And isn't church and government supposed to be separate anyways? The people voting against this because of their 'religious' reasons, are biased and therefore shouldn't be voting

No valid reason it shouldn't be legal for gays to have civil marriage. No reason whatsoever. Religion has no place in this debate.

Love is love, that is really all there is too it, weather it's a sin or not shouldn't matter, people say America is a christian nation but that is just plain out wrong, our constitution was written so that religion can stay out of politics

there should be no question of who should or should not be allowed to marry. gay marriage does not affect the marriages of men and women in any way. if i am a citizen of this country i deserve the same rights as anyone else.

Marriage is between a man and a woman and had always been, so why pervert it withwrongful weirdness and SIN. This is wrong on so many levels. Only in America would gods abomination be made exceptable in the name of politics. Queers are pedophiles. Check the record.

Hang on to your hat, they are coming for you. If you don't speak up, you will find yourself living in a Theocracy ruled by the Christian Taliban.

Search; Dominionism, The Seven Mountains Mandate, Christian Reconstructionism

These people, and some of them are very powerful people believe that they NOT only have a right to rule this nation, but also a Mandate from God to rule this nation. They also believe that they MUST take over this country by ANY means necessary and place this nation under religious rule BEFORE Jesus comes back. Jesus WON'T come back until all the nations are ruled by religious governments,
Why these people believe Jesus needs their help is beyond me.

Search; Destination Yisra'el, The Christian Domionists, "The Fellowship" and the Blackwater USA Army of God

Search; Domionist and then add each name separately, Rupert Murdoch, The Koch Brothers, Mike Huckabee, Sarah Palin, Michelle Bachmann, GW Bush, Dick Cheney,Clarence Thomas, Antonin Scalia, etc. There are many more Domionists.

Search; Evangelicals join Catholics politically

Search; Norwegian Domionist Slaughters Innocents

The Norwegian who killed 98 children was an Evangelical Christian Dominionist who wanted to punish their mainstream Christian parents, who were opposing the spread of Dominionism in Norway.
He had his own website, and police gathered the information on him when they seized his computer.

Daily Horoscope for June 4

Gemini

It's a red letter day for relationships under the Lunar Eclipse in your house of significant others, because you're facing some important and far-reaching changes to some of them. The pressure has been building since the Gemini Solar Eclipse on May 20. f you've known for some time that things aren't working out, you're about to reach a crisis point as becomes obvious that the present situation can't continue much longer. The coming New Moon in Gemini on June 19 will see progress of one kind or another, though this unusual eclipse cycle will have a far-reaching effect. You may have to be cruel to be kind, or more forceful than you would like, in order to get your point across, but do you really have any viable alternative?
