Marriage is between a man and a woman.

What I can't seem to understand is why the new normal is Gays are being discriminated againt like people of color. Since when has the Gay struggle been at all like the civil rights movement. Being discriminated against because of the color of your skin. Last time I checked Gay is a choice and by mouth and actions are how it known that many are Gay.

They can do what they want to do, but they do not have to show it off. That pic of the Marine hugging and kissing his man is disgusting, he might as well threw his man down and boned him right there in front of every one! having said that I would feel the same if it would of been his wife or girfriend, There is a place and time for everything. When I was in The Marine Corps, we got into trouble for kissing and or holding hands with our wife and or girfriend while on base in uniform.

What reason is there that two people in love should be banned from marrying one another?? No reason. It hurts no one.

Chauntel, please go see a psychiatrist. They are all in agreement that homosexuality is not a choice. I suppose you woke up one day and went "I am straight."

Actually, homosexuality is a MINORITY that deserves protection under the Constitution of the United States of America. Please go back to school and learn. It seems that you fell off a tree and hit every branch on the way to the ground.

Now onto something a bit more important:

I challenge anyone and everyone who opposes gay marriage to give me one LEGITIMATE reason why they are against it.

Religion is not legitimate as that violates the separation of church and state.

You may say it's unnatural. My reply is that over 300 animals have been documented in same sex relationships/pairings.

Give me something other than your opinion, with sound proof through science or whatever that can back up your reasoning.

Who are we to judge people because of their relationships? If they love them thats the only question that should be asked. It's sad thr we live in a world where our children have to hide this from their loved ones because they may lose them. That is completely nuts! Being Gay is not a choice. I really do not think that someone would wake up one day and say to themselves "I think I'm gonna chose to be Gay today and be hated and discriminated against on a daily basis." Only a fool would believe as much. If they are in love with someone and chose to live their lives with them then they should be able to do so without having to move mountains. The only thing that can be "used against them" would be the Bible but as stated in an earlier post there is a separation of religion and state. If they (states) believe that they should not be married then they also need to put prayer back in schools because this too was a separation of religion and state. Just saying!
