Gay people are going to have gay sex whether they are married or not. My objection is when the government puts their stamp of approval on relationships built around sodomy.

No, we should not prevent people marrying due to the color of their skin, but if they have STD's, I don't feel they should be able to get a marriage license, nor should whites. Unfortunately, that's an old requirement that is no longer on the books, and people no longer have to get a blood test to get a marriage license - at least not in Texas - which was another poor choice our legistors made. It also serves as a good example of where we're going with our marriage requirements - which is not in the right direction.

So much time fighting something that will happen no matter what as any bans would be unconstitutional, but i doubt someone who actually believes that "Majority Rules" or that the United States is a christian nation would understand or care about the Constitution of the United States of America or the Bill of Rights.

If majority rules then the majority wants equality as shown by the latest Gallup poll. You can't rig this poll like the Topix ones.

Just a reminder - this marriage poll began in August 2010. From then, until mid January 2012, a time span of a year and a half, the homooze had amassed a whopping 32k votes compared to 67k for the regular folks. Then, in the span of a week and a half, they TRIPLED that amount. Then it stopped as quickly as it started.
