In your logic, the lesser evil in the same sex realm would be lesbianism since you uphold it as less likely to cause disease than M2M contact. |

Ah, I see. AIDS AIDS AIDS AIDS AIDS. I'm sure lesbians, with their extremely low AIDS risk, appreciate being discriminated against because gay men have a high AIDS risk. This sounds like a great model for civil rights. Black people also have a very high rate of AIDS. Do you think we should prevent them from marrying due to their risky behavior? |

Is heterosexual sex an evil? |
There are many ways sex can be evil whether it's heterosexual or homosexual. Do you think that statement justifies gay marriage, even though it has nothing to do with gay marriage? |
|
Gay people are going to have gay sex whether they are married or not. My objection is when the government puts their stamp of approval on relationships built around sodomy. No, we should not prevent people marrying due to the color of their skin, but if they have STD's, I don't feel they should be able to get a marriage license, nor should whites. Unfortunately, that's an old requirement that is no longer on the books, and people no longer have to get a blood test to get a marriage license - at least not in Texas - which was another poor choice our legistors made. It also serves as a good example of where we're going with our marriage requirements - which is not in the right direction. |

AIDS, a solution to a problem.

I can't help it that you haven't read all the historical documents written after the American Revolution. |
|
God can tell you what is right or wrong for you if He redeemed you. You can't tell anyone what is right or wrong for them until you redeem them and give them your spirit to guide them into all truth. You need Jesus to redeem you from whatever brand of heresy you preach. Only His blood can save your from all your sins. Yes it would be wrong for any two people who are married to commit adultery if the love of God is what binds them together regardless of their sexual orientation. |

I'm not surprised most of your "facts" about homosexuality and history come from homophobic and racist hate groups like the Family Research Council, Illinois Family Institute, Bethesda Christian Institute, Tom Brown Ministries, and the Mormon Church. When you have no logical answers you like to twist peoples words to say something different than what they actually said as much as those hate groups do. Really Mrs. Hughes You can twist my words all you want, it doesn't change anything i said. Nor have i minimized anything. You accuse me of having an anything goes attitude and then you turn around and say i'm obstinately devoted, make up your mind. As much time as you spend on here not only in the Lewisburg TN forums spreading lies, misinformation and hate but also the Jamestown NY forums, Tifton GA forums, Portsmouth OH forums, London KY forums, Noblesville IN forums, the Topix gay/lesbian forums, i hope you're getting paid by at least one of these hate groups, do you get paid per post or by the hour? My favorite posts are in the Ethiopia forum where you say that there are two kinds of people whites and those who want to be white and tell a man that you can lose weight but his black will never wash off, that's mighty christian of ya. All this only after a five minute search only in the topix forums, who knows how much more and under different aliases you have used like the one before your current "Mrs. Hughes". http://www.topix.com/issue/gay-marriage/james... http://www.topix.com/issue/gay-marriage/tifto... http://www.topix.com/forum/city/portsmouth-oh... http://www.topix.com/forum/city/london-ky/TQO... http://www.topix.com/forum/city/noblesville-i... http://www.topix.net/forum/news/gay/T7MUNUT1C... http://www.topix.com/forum/world/ethiopia/TH1... So much time fighting something that will happen no matter what as any bans would be unconstitutional, but i doubt someone who actually believes that "Majority Rules" or that the United States is a christian nation would understand or care about the Constitution of the United States of America or the Bill of Rights. If majority rules then the majority wants equality as shown by the latest Gallup poll. You can't rig this poll like the Topix ones. http://www.gallup.com/poll/147662/first-time-... For all the strawmen you make up your only real objections are your certain sect of religious beliefs and your hatred of anything different than you. Seeing how a majority want governmental equality including many Christian and Jewish churches even if they themselves don't religiously agree with it you're just pissing against the wind. |

Death from old age, solution to bigoted Old timers problems. You're still not fooling anyone, just showing your ignorance. I love how people are no longer hiding their vote rigging, 25 votes in one night LOL. Lewisburg now has WAY more votes than even the largest cities in the US. Here are some polls that you can't rig. http://www.gallup.com/poll/147662/first-time-... http://www.gallup.com/poll/1651/gay-lesbian-r... |
morons with no argument scream "homophobe" LOL, the homooze are the principle word-twisters. scatterbrained homobabble. :) |

morons with no argument scream "bigot" You're complaining about vote-rigging LMAO. Just a reminder - this marriage poll began in August 2010. From then, until mid January 2012, a time span of a year and a half, the homooze had amassed a whopping 32k votes compared to 67k for the regular folks. Then, in the span of a week and a half, they TRIPLED that amount. Then it stopped as quickly as it started. And you're whining about an imagined "rig" of twenty five votes??? Butt hurt much ??? Tiny telephone surveys are meaningless. How about that recent "poll" in North Carolina. You know the one - where they voted to amend the State Constitution to define only man-woman relationships as valid ones. Funny how every time it comes to an actual public vote,(32 times now) the people choose to protect Traditional Marriage. How do you reconcile that with your "survey" results LOL |
