Not all americans are christian, so those of us who aren't shouldn't have to abide by their "morals."

LOL, where did you ever get that wacky idea ??? Separation of Church and States is a guarantee that the State cannot interfere with the free practice of the religion on one's choice. Surely, religion belief shapes one point of view and will carry over into the point of view on most things. Not all americans are christian That's right. Only about three quarters of Americans are Christian. The remaining 25% are either members of other religions, agnostics, or atheists. so those of us who aren't shouldn't have to abide by their "morals." You're free to be as immoral as your want to be. homosexuality isn't a crime anymore.
