Homosexuality is sin, period. The people are precious in God's eyes but the acts/actions are sin and will cause a person to be lost and go to hell.

people would never choose to be gay, especially in the South where people are so judgmental. You don't have to agree with it, but it is what it is. Try getting to know a gay person, there's a regular person there minus the ONE difference.

Love is love.

For those who call homosexuality a sin: "He who is without sin among you, let him be the first to throw a stone..." [John 8.7] But what I remember being taught is to love all-- no matter their race, religion, origin, or gender. Love isn't just about reproduction. And, most of all, why should anyone be hated for finding love in a world where it's so hard to find?

Though if you honestly think a loving god would create people solely attracted to the opposite sex, or honestly are so convinced that everyone else must see the world exactly like you and therefore homosexuality must be a choice, then you have much, much bigger problems, and I truly, TRULY pity you.

If you don't like gay marriage, don't get one. Don't take away someone else's rights. Not everyone believes in god either. So you can stop with the "it's a sin! You're precious in gods eyes!" crap. I don't force my religion on you, don't force yours on me.

The funny thing is, most religious conservatives are against government intervening into peoples personal freedoms and choices while at the same time crying, whining, and preaching that government should keep it unlawful for gay people to marry.

Maybe those same religious conservatives should gain some self awareness and analyze their contradicting beliefs instead of spending so much of their time worried about others sexual preference. Instead of wasting time preaching their message to their disagreement of gay's, they could be spending time with their family or trying to understand their screwed up beliefs.

If others and the bible belt ever come to understand evolution, instincts, and what influences everyones sexual attractions, possibly their mind would evolve from their ancient belief books that keeps them spreading hate and ignorance.

Whether gay or straight, anyone should be against government defining what is legal sexual preference between same sex. If God and your religion didn't want some of the same sex to be attracted to one another, your God shouldn't have created other animals that are gay along with humans born with both male and female parts. You will just blame this on sin and satan right?

Because there is a separation of church and state. And everyone deserves happiness. People seem sad about the child suicides out there. Well, it's usually confused teens who are bashed for being gay. Seeing people criticize gays make hurt. Everyone bleeds the same blood. Ps. HIV came from eating monkey brains, NOT a gay guy having sex. Kthnxbai
