Gay Marriage Debate - Fuquay Varina, NC

I oppose what same sex men and women are doing by attacking the union of man and woman, this union was and is designed and made by God Jehovah and the lusts of the flesh will not change this fact. The word gay has turned into a dirty word. We as God creations have been warned over and over about the lust of the flesh back to in the begining of the old Testament of the AKJV (the only true word of God). God specifically explains the evil concerning the lust of the flesh in Sodom and Gommorrah (Genesis 19 & 20)yet the people were sexually perverted and God in the end destroyed the cities of Sodom and Gommorrah and every person,animal everything burned except Lot, his wife and two daughters. Also in Romans chapter 1, God tells us how far men with men and women with women will go and burn in their own lust and how they will not hear what God is warning them about. When you give in to sin, and same sex marriage IS a sin, then you are giving yourself permission to go against God and what he is trying to do for us. Perversion is just that, perversion. It is what it is and you can brainwash your minds if you want to, but America took a stand in the beginning to obey our God, the first commandment "Thou shalt have no other gods before me". God, according to his word, ordains a man and a woman in marriage and no man shall put assunder what God has commanded. Please, if someone is reading this and turning red with angier over what I have written, please realize that I did not write the bible, I am just a servant of God and our Lord Jesus Christ whom I have given my life to and He forgave me of all my past sins and is always here for me and all my brothers and sisters in Christ to give us strength to run away from sin. No we are not perfect, only Christ is perfect, yet we have a chose whether to give in to sin, stay in sin and when the sin is homosexuals, it is a chose, not a birth defect. You, the people that support this kind of perverted sex can't see the damage you are doing to our young people of this time in history. Our children are disrespectful, immorrall, and so confused and this causes anger. How can anyone convince themselves that two MOMMIES (or daddy's) sleeping in the same bed (kids hear a lot of things they should'nt) is perfectly NORMAL! Then you finish off their minds that God created, by trying to make this mess right in their little heads. They just agree so they can have a stomach full of turmoil. Charlie Sheen can make a "porn family", Kelsey Grammar can end a 15 year marriage over the phone, Larry King can be on divorce #9, Britney Spears can have a 55 hour marriage, Jesse James and Tiger Woods can have sex with EVERYONE (while married), yet the idea of same-sex marriage is going to destroy the institution of marriage? People in LOVE should be allowed to get married. Marriage is supposed to be about love.

Marriage is about creating a stable family unit, part of which is producing children which ultimately become the next generation of parents. Love is only one small part of it.

Gays have the same rights as anyone else does. All humans should have the same rights, not just religious people. Love has no boundaries.

No one is attacking your union, you dumb bitch. Maybe all you striaght fuckers should stop divorcing, you and your 72 day marriages, meanwhile gay couples have been together over 20 years. Kids won't think it's different if they have two mommies or daddies if they're brought up that way, IT'S OKAY, there is nothing that proves that a couple of the same sex affects the child. Marriage is supposed to based on love, and love is an emotion. Telling someone they can't love another just because they're the same sex is like saying you can't be angry with your friend because they're blonde. You can't control emotions and dignify who can feel what towards another. Besides, if you don't like gay marriages, don't get one, but don't stop others from getting their own.

If we say that a marriage is based on "love" gay people should be free to get married to each other.
Married people can count on many rights, protections, and benefits, which they are legal and practical. So, why to ban gay people to have the same things?
