Gay Marriage Debate - Fond Du Lac, WI

Because of reasons, and human right. Duh

I love the shit out of the gays. Love is tender and knows no gender!

It's an abomination to God. It is bringing and will bring a curse on our nation. It's part of the new world order agenda, which promotes perversion, and population reduction.

Marriage is between a man and a women... procreation has decided it for the human species... We have destroyed the family unit with divorces and alternative lifestyles which should not be subjected on children. I am for civil unions for gay couples...

People fall in love with other people, that's a fact. A relationship is between two people; it's not a three-way between two men (or women, or one man and one women) and religion, politics, other third party opinions, etc. Everybody deserves the right to marry who they love, plain and simple.

It's un-natural! Nature designed males and females for a purpose: to perpetuate the human race. Just because a man has sexual feelings for a dog or even his own mother does not mean "anything goes" in a civilized society. Historically, the purpose of marriage has never been to protect sexual gratification; it has been primarily for protecting a family nucleus that procreates. Frankly ,there is no such thing as a "same-sex marriage".

This logic is so shallow! People THINK that they fall "in love" with animals and DO have sex with them. We call that sodomy - not love! A father can have sexual feelings toward his daughter, a mother toward her son, a sister toward her brother, a grandparent toward a grandchild, uncles toward neices and nephews! We call that mental instability! And anybody with good sense and who has such inklings would recognize such thoughts as unhealthy. No, everybody DOES NOT and should not have the right to marry whomever s/he "loves" just because of a sexual attraction.

Didn't we already go through the civil rights movement? With that said, why are we still denying human beings basic civil rights? Come on people.

True in nature male and female were created to reproduce. Don't confuse that with marriage.
