Gay Marriage Debate - Federal Way, WA

I oppose gay marriage. Marriage should be between a man and a woman.

Does it really matter let people do what they want. Maybe they cant help it and what does that have to do with you is it really that big of a problm just becuase the like the same sex?

If Religion is a reason not to allow Gay marriage, let me run this by all those who oppose it:
God is a figure of love. These people whom you won't give rights to because you disagree with their sexual preference is loved by God, and he's testing your own ability to love someone else.(Your neighbor? Please give them this right. This doesn't affect you personally. Stop being so oppressive.

They deserve a right to be happy like any other couple. It doesn't affect you, let others be happy.

marriage is a human right and as such should be afforded to all humans, with no exceptions. It's just that simple.

Well, since I'm gay and it is not a choice, I support the right for me to get married.

I find this ironic... because there are no opposition votes from the F-dub.

Everyone deserves the right to love whoever they wish. Who has the power to judge who is right and wrong in who someone else loves? No one deserves that right. I support love. For everyone, no matter the terms of who they are or what they look like. Love is love.

If you don't like gay marriage, don't get gay married.

Even if you "think" it is against your personal religion just think about it this way if religion can interfere with marriage what else can it interfere with? What if the main beliefs of this country changed and they didn't think Christians should be allowed to get married or maybe even vote or own property? Keep religion out of politics and your own personal morals when it isn't affecting anyone but the people who would be allowed to be married.

Every one that finds true love deserves to recognize it with marriage. No matter your sexuality, race, or anything else. What other people do with their life is fine as long as they are not hurting people.

because its okay. there should be no reason why it isnt okay. In my opinion no one should have control on who two grown adaults can and cant love. Let them get married! its there choice if they want to enter a death till we part contract like most crazy heterosexuals.
