Gay Marriage Debate - East-Machias, ME

Because we have no right to tell anybody that they cannot get married. We are talking basic human rights here people!

Its even worse when u hear political candidates talk about taking action to get government out of regulating business while simultaneously advocating for government regulation of what goes on in our churchs and in our homes. Why do we tolerate this hate-filled hypocrisy? Let's write in "no confidence" on voting day. And, its time we took back the "representative" element of our democracy-its not enough to urge participation by urging voting. We really should be equating participation with actually running for office.
