Those differences are trivial and unimportant while gender differences are great and essential for the survival of our species. There are biological differences that exist between people belonging to different ethnic groups as well.
Speak for yourself, our Declaration of Independence says otherwise. There's never been a national law against interracial marriage. Loving v Virginia is Supreme Court precedence for husband/wife marriage. It only took Americans a couple hundred years to realize that interracial marriage wasn't abhorrent to nature.
Those are your words, not mine. I've always written, there is nothing wrong with homosexuals or homosexuality. Same sex marriage is the problem, civil unions and domestic partnerships would uphold the nature of same sex unions. To suggest that homosexual relationships go against natural order is no different than claiming the same about people who are infertile.
Even an infertile husband and wife can give an adopted child something no same sex couple can, a mom and dad.
