They are human beings that love each other. As in all marriages there will be problems that sometimes can't be resolved.

I Love my son and daughter too - so does that mean we should allow incest and to marry direct family? Liberty has to have limits - like everything else in life. Male/Female is the natural order, ONLY male + female produce offspring.

Liberty has to have limits - like everything else in life. I.E. not everything you want is good for you, or for society. Loving someone isn't a reason to get married - I love my children and the rest of my family, as well as my friends - should we allow polygamy and incest then also? The natural Order is Male + Female = Offspring.

I dont even thinka man and a woman should marry. A piece of paper is just an airplane.

When 50% of the marriages end in divorce for heterosexual couples, you wouldn't think people that are homosexual would be pushing for marriage so hard, when they see the failure rate of marriages in general?

Because if you have a legal contract of marriage in your state you are elgible for helath insurance and your children have a right to that person's social security should they pass, and you have a court to help you separate property is you divorce. The IRS would have to legally recognize the marriage for tax purposes. Marriage is a legal contract that comes from your court house, not your church, and to discriminate on color or sex of the person or religion is illegal. Your church can still discriminate all they want and ban anyone - what gays want is equal rights under law - not your church. The politicians use your emotional response to win votes, they know the legal argument is a loser. The same right wing that wins your vote on this is also going to cut your social security payment and your medicare coverage and cut the farming support programs - they are rich corporate funded republicans that can afford their medical costs as they age - WAKE UP!
