if it is legal less people are likely to go out of state to get married. they are people to and they have rights who are we to say who some one can and cannot love.

what? how exactly are you "harrassed" (which is actually spelled harassed) by gays? Just so you know, gay is just a sexual preference, not your personality or how you act. If you hit on dudes because you want them in your pants, you are gay. If you hit on dudes ironically, you are a douche bag. If you act effeminately (if you are a guy), you are just flamboyant, which doesn't always signify homosexuality. I am close friends with people who are very flamboyant, but still like women. So please define how exactly you are harassed by these people.

As far as I'm concerned all people should be allowed to marry whomever they choose so long as the other person has the capability to agree they want the same thing.
