no keep the governments hands off! as it is now thw govt hands has its hands on just about everything we do. It's just another way to run the family farm out of business with unecessary regulations. It's socialism and socialism doesn't work.

The parents should be able to send the kids to help a neighbor if they wish without government interference. It's not the governments business period! That's what being a good neighbor is all about.
