A little work never hurt anyone and they learn to be responsible while working.

If they aren't out there helping with chores, then they sit in the house, do not exercise, play video games all day long, and do not learn the meaning of responsibility! Responsibility and discipline is what our kids need these days!

In California noisy kids disrupt classes frequently thus preventing the real students from concentrating.

Maybe if the noisy ones were sent to work in the hot sun on a farm, they might discover being quiet in class is their new preference.

In the mean time, public schools are 1 Plank of the Communist Manifesto that America has adopted at all levels.

So if they can tax you for Communist schools, tell you how old you can be to work, marry etc.
tell you where you can live,

how to build your house, get licenses, permits etc, to do anything, and all the rest of the garbage they dump on us,

then, maybe they can prohibit family farms by prohibiting child labor on farms....or taxing it, regulating it to death.

Children will not receive the respect that comes with work. As you can read, children might be fat, so they should work for their parents. No pay, security or reference provided. It does make a difference. I used to do chores happily and ended up demanding to be paid to talk, which eventually never happened. The professionals do get paid to marry, as many reality shows are advertising.

Yeah, they even have some 50 cent legal word for "earning your keep." It does teach appreciation...

Daily Horoscope for May 21

Virgo

It's a rather low-key day with a few disappointments to cope with along the way. If you were looking forward to a social event, such as meeting up with friends, it may fail to live up to your expectations. It might even be delayed or postponed through no fault of your own. There could also be problems about how much something is going to cost, forcing you to scale down your plans to make them more affordable.
