Sorry, no crybaby here. I'm so sorry that you have been brainwashed by the government. Yes, you do have the right not to eat e-coli contaminated meat. You have lost the right to go down to your local farmer and let you and the farmer choose what animal you want to eat and how it is to be processed. I drink raw goat milk every day, have for years. No grade A milk on my bottle, no grade at all. Bessie's milk is just fine. Do you know how meat is contaminated with e-coli? It is when the contents of the animals gusts are spilled and contact the meat. It is usually caused by the large amount of animals allowed to be processed in one day in a meat factory. They do push to process as many animals as possible. The small farmer has been pushed out of the market and denied the right to process and sell his own meat. I'm sure my local farmers would not sell me contaminated meat if they were allowed to process their own. But big government regulations make it impossible to do so. The 4-H bird groups used to sell the birds that the kids produced. A big fundraiser for the kids. But now anymore, each chicken would have to be inspected and the cost would make the birds very expensive and not worth buying. The government encroches on every aspect of our lives now. ALL in the name of SAVING US! Please, Mr. Government save me from all those nasty people who what to kill me with their products. You're right, these things I mention are not in the Constitution. What people don't know is that the laws passed by Congress are for the most part, far beyond their scope. They just do it and the public is too stupid to know that they really have no control over the things they write the laws on. The sorry truth is now one can seem to stop them.

This is all very confusing on this thread. For starters, which of you are American Consitutionalists, the governance of America by the Constitution of the United States and which are socialists, believing in the governance of the US by socialism, not the Constitution of the US. Ann, in your posts you are mixing state and federal regulations. Please separate the two. The only duties afforded the federal government by the Constitution is defense of the country. Everything else is state mandated constitutionally. If there is regulations on milk selling, constitutionally it is the duty of the state legislature to deal with it. gun regulation, this too is supposed to be state mandated, not federal regulated. The right to bear arms is constitutionally assured.

Was just in Seattle... beautiful city. Had to catch a cruise out of Pier 91... had a couple great nights and dinners out on the Bay ( Elliots was superb).

Goebbels died in 1945. Hard to envision how he could have a hand in the GREAT documentary "2016", written by a GREAT American, president of Kings College in New York, Dinesh D'Souza.
